At Computers, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
1. General Return Window
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
2. Condition of Returned Items
All returned items must be in the same condition you received them, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories included. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.
3. Policy by Product Condition
- New Laptops: Must be returned unopened in their original factory-sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item can only be returned if it is defective.
- Refurbished Laptops: Come with a limited warranty. If you experience a hardware failure covered by the warranty within the specified period, you are eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund.
- Used Laptops: Are sold "as-is" but are guaranteed to be functional upon arrival. You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report any functional defects. Cosmetic imperfections are not grounds for a return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team via our Contact Page with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
